Sketch basic shapes as you learn how to capture the texture of leaves and petals. Color can be added with watercolor or colored pencils to create realistic, yet approachable, representations of plants & flowers. You get to experiment and find what feels most enjoyable.
Overall, it’s about connecting with nature, enjoying the artistic process, and building confidence in your skills without any pressure! Beginner friendly!

In this art-based reflection, you’ll create a flower as a way to represent some part of yourself.
You don’t need to draw a “perfect” flower—this is about using shapes, colors, and imagination to express how you’re feeling.
You get to choose what your flower represents:
🌸 How you feel
🌸 How you feel in a part of your life (work, relationships, or energy)
🌸 How you want to feel or grow into
There’s no wrong way to do this & I will be there to guide you and offer a reflective writing exercise at the end.
